​​Our mission is to provide the 360 Progression, a uniquely designed total sports experience that adapts and expands as players grow in their personal athletic journeys. The 360 Progression develops total athletes mentally, athletically, spiritually, and socially – producing players who excel both on and off the court, and to promote the discovery of Jesus through sports.

When can I register?

Registration opens 9/2/25

What is the registration cost?

Both Basketball and Cheer registration fee: $160 Registration CLOSES 10/10/25

What grades does Upward provide?

For Basketball--K4-12th grade; Cheerleading is K4-5th grade

When do practices begin?

Basketball: Week of 12/1/25; Cheerleading: TBD

How many days are practices each week and for how long?

Practices are only one day a week for one hour

When do games begin and where are they held?

Games begin for Level 4 (9th-12th grade boys) Friday evenings, 1/9/26, are one hour in length and are held in the gym at LifePointe Alliance Church. All other age groups' games begin Saturdays, 1/10/26, and are one hour in length. Cheer game schedules are put together by the Cheer Commissioner and will be distributed to Cheer families separately from the Basketball Division. We are not a traveling league.

What nights will my child practice?

Practice schedules are set up based on the availability of our volunteer coaches. Once the evaluations are over, we put the practice schedule together, run the draft, and give the rosters to the coaches who then contact their teams.

Can I pick a specific night for practice?

We enable our families to pick ONE night that they CANNOT practice. They put this on their child's registration form and this is entered into our Upward software program before we run the draft. We work hard to try to accommodate our families' schedules but with over 180 players or more each season, it is not possible for us to handle everyone's personal schedules.

How long does the game season run?

For the 2025-2026 season, Level 4 (9th-12 grade boys) begins 1/9/26 and ends 2/27/26. Level 4, 6th-12th grade girls' and 6th-8th grade boys', will be held on Saturdays usually in the morning beginning 1/10/26 and ending 2/28/26. For Level 1-3, K-5th divisions, games begin 1/10/26 and end 2/28/26. All Saturday games are usually held in the afternoon.

What time will the games be for my child's age group?

The Game Schedule will be provided once practices are scheduled.
